This policy explains what data is collected when you use our applications, why we collect it, and how it is handled. It applies to the mobile and web applications published by JVD Digital Ltd (a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, registration number HE 497871, with its office in Larnaca), including:
JVD Digital Ltd is the data controller for the information described below.
Account information. To use our apps you sign in with an account. We collect your email address and, for Relay, a display name. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash; we never store or see your plain-text password.
Content you create. In Relay this is the tasks, notes, assignments, due dates and reminders you enter. In Vertex this is the messages you exchange with the AI assistants and any files you choose to upload. Audio captured through your microphone for voice input is processed to convert your speech to text and is not retained beyond what is needed to deliver that feature.
Device identifiers. To deliver push notifications we collect a device token issued by the Firebase Cloud Messaging service. This token identifies your installation for notification delivery only and does not identify you personally.
All data is used solely to provide and operate the app you are using: to authenticate you, to store and display the content you create, and to deliver notifications you have enabled. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not build advertising or marketing profiles from it.
Your data is stored on servers operated by JVD Digital Ltd. All traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We do not transfer your data to any third party except where strictly necessary to run the service — specifically, the Firebase Cloud Messaging service operated by Google LLC receives a device token solely to route push notifications to your device.
We retain your account and the content you create for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Our apps are business tools intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the app where appropriate.
